Veterans love working as a team to accomplish mission goals!
Our veteran participants work together as they learn and apply the industry standard Golf Course Management & Maintenance techniques that keep the Heroes Golf Course green, sculpted, and running smoothly. By learning on the job, our trainees learn how to create an outstanding golfing experience for their fellow veterans and the public - and upon graduation they experience how easily these skills translate to jobs in the civilian sector.
Creating 360 wellness: one veteran at a time
The Bandini foundation uses it's established partnerships with Veterans Administration Doctors, Nurses, and Therapists; Veterans Service Organizations; Food Banks; SoCal Golf Courses, and veterans benefits & housing advocates to provide program participants and visiting vets the support they need to achieve 360 degree wellness.
The Bandini Foundation is planning to expand our Jobs program online by teaching veterans Social Networking, Media skills, and Content Development Tools to help participants become effective advocates of veterans causes.
The MISSION: VETS program is supported through partnerships with the SAINT JOHN'S HEALTH CENTER FOUNDATION, AMERICAN LEGION POST 283, The County of Los Angeles, and from generous donations from people like you!
